We are always thinking of our customers and their lifestyle when designing new products for them and their service animals. It didn’t take long for us to realize that while our large official Service Dog IDs are great, they would constantly get left behind on small errands or worse, lost completely.
After listening closely to our customers we designed these three mini IDs, which can attach easily to a key ring, and even serve as a tag on your service dog’s collar – meaning he/she will never be without it again.
The ID includes your name and the name and picture of your emotional support animal, along with a listing in our extensive nationwide service dog database. Along with registration your animal will be assigned an official ID number that appears on the tag and is searchable on our website by anyone who might be interested. The back of the tags also features some supportive language for the Americans with Disabilities Act, along with a QR code linking to the full law. Like most of our products, this one also comes with free shipping.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail within the United States and
Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available.
Standard shipping is free. Overnight and priority mail shipping are not
offered at this time. Once an order is marked shipped please allow 2-3
days for a post office scan.
